Mold Remediation

Mold has become a serious concern for homeowners and Pocono investors in the last decade especially. With the increasingly hot & humid summers, the Poconos has experienced more mold issues in the past 10 years then in decades before. While new heating and ventilation systems learn and adapt to our ever-changing climate, mold has evolved its way into our lives. Whatever the cause may be if you live in the Poconos, you may likely find yourself with a persist mildew issue or even a serious mold concern. If this has happened to your home, don’t hesitate and add to the loss, get ahead of it before the threat increases. M|E

M|E has been a certified firm with the IICRC for well over a decade. We also send all our technicians to become Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT) technicians before they can lead a job on their own.  We got serious about mold a long time ago and are concerned not only with the health hazards it poses, but also the damage it could do to your property investment as well. Years before most townships endorsed or required it, M/E has required that all our abatement technicians complete 40 hours of in class training before they are able to work on an abatement project.  To ensure that we continue to stay current in this ever-changing industry, we require continuing education training with a minimum of 8 hours in class per year for all our technicians, as well as our senior managers. It’s this “Mazzella mindset” approach that combines forward thinking with modern standards and principles. M/E will continue to set the standards on how abatement companies should operate. M|E

While our workers lead the effort on the field, our managers work tirelessly to seek out the cutting-edge tools and equipment to give our guys the best they got!  We not only utilize less harmful methods of treatment compared to our competitors, but we give our workers the best PPE the industry has devised! When you decide to book your abatement project with us, we will be paying attention to every detail.  Before, during, and after an abatement job has been completed, our main concern is lowering  the chance of mold spreading to zero. Only by using some of the most sophisticated air movers on the market can we set up a containment to create “negative pressured atmospheres” to keep the specific area at a lower pressure then the unaffected areas of the house. This is the only sure way to keep air flow moving inward to the work area and that mold cannot spread out. By using these methods of abatement, we can greatly reduce cost compared to our competitors.
